What people ask
Is the first examination really free?
Yes. The first examination, the panoramic X-ray and drawing up a treatment plan are all free. You don't have to go ahead — take the plan and compare it with another clinic if you like.
Can I pay in instalments?
We offer up to 9 instalments on a credit card. For longer treatments like implants and orthodontics you can also pay per visit — we discuss it together with the plan.
Which insurers do you work with?
Most private health insurers and a number of corporate schemes are accepted. Send us your policy on WhatsApp before booking and we'll check the cover in advance and tell you.
Will it hurt?
A numbing gel goes on the gum before the anaesthetic and we use a fine needle. For very anxious patients there's sedation. If you're afraid, please say so when you book — we plan the appointment around it.
I'm coming from abroad — how many days will it take?
It depends on the plan. Implants usually need two separate trips; crowns and cosmetic work can be finished in 4–5 days. Send your X-ray before you travel and we'll tell you the number of days in advance.
Is there a dentist who speaks Russian or English?
Yes. Our dentists and clinic staff work in Turkish, Russian and English. Just say which language you prefer when you book.
